TRIP TO BARCELONA & SITGES, SPAIN

Tomorrow we will be heading out of Yakima probably around midday. We have a few last minute things to do here. We have pretty much packed our suitcases.
It is hard to believe that the day has finally arrived. We are heading to Spain for a couple weeks. We will be in Barcelona for several days, then we will go to Sitges on the coast. I am going to be attending the TOVO Institute for coaching from December 3rd-7th. Then we will return to Barcelona for the remainder of the time.
I have completed the Institute's required course work on line. I found it to be very insightful and practical. It reminded me of other material I have studied by coaches like Bruce Brown, John Wooden, Pat Williams and others. I am so excited to go learn as much as I can from the TOVO founder Todd Beane and the rest of the staff.
You may be wondering how in the world I found this coaching course. Really it was probably through reading a blog put out by Todd. Not sure how I happened onto it. He sparked my interest and I wrote a quick note to him. This was several years ago. I think I asked to receive a phone call. I couldn't believe it when just a few days later Todd called me from Barcelona. I had to excuse myself from my class. I went out into the hall and talked to him for some 15 minutes. He was so easy to talk to. My interest grew from that day. Ever since that day, I have wanted to attend the Institute. But it always landed right when I was in the middle of soccer season and, of course, work. So, it just couldn't happen.
Until I retired at the end of the 2017-2018 school year. Finally, my dream was possible! And Leanne had also retired last year, so we were both free. Free to finally travel again. Together!
After paying for the on-site course work in Sitges, Spain, we spoke with Joy Alegria [We love her name!] from Travel with Passion. She agreed to arrange everything else for us. With her amazing help we will be combining my coaching course with some exciting tourist opportunities. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing help to plan a vacation trip.
